COVID-19 EMERGENCY HARDSHIP FUND
The impact of the COVID-19 crisis on our coaching and skating community has been unprecedented with never seen before closures of all skating rink facilities as the Federal Government handed down their restrictions to get our country through this crisis.
APSA held a Special committee meeting on Sunday 5th April 2020 to formulate a plan of assisting our coaches who have experienced financial hardship due to the loss of income from coaching. The Committee comprised of the Office Bearers of APSA and the Ordinary Committee which includes the State PSA representatives. The committee approved in principal, the set up of an APSA National Emergency Hardship Fund.
On Monday the 4th May 2020 the APSA committee approved the Policies and Procedures for the COVID-19 Emergency Hardship Fund.
Please refer to the Policy and Procedures below for further information for making application for hardship relief funding. All applications will be treated with complete confidentialilty.
